The hotel had a perfect location 4-6 minutes' walking distance from The Gruffalo.

The rooms are well-equipped and well presented and they have a lounge and great WiFi. The beds are comfortable and the staff is efficient. The location is easy and unbeatable, very near the centre. It offers very good services and has a lovely cooked and delicious breakfast choices.

Nice modern and well heated room with a very comfy bed, all the facilities, for example, supper friendly staff. Cosy ambiance in a very central setting.

We stayed in a cosy queen room with a TV and a lounge. The bathroom was spotless, with a bath.

Very good service, astonishing views of mountain from my deluxe king room. Lovely cooked breakfast, good food. Truly beautiful area, central location really close to restaurants and shops within walking distance, Orrest Head where there are absolutely stunning views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding countryside and cafes, pubs and restaurants.

We would definitely recommend this venue.

The breakfast was wonderful and super, we greatly enjoyed lots of meals. Make sure you stay in the deluxe double room with the bedroom, excellent amenities, as example.

The rooms were beautifully maintained, new-fashioned, and had a TV set and a lounge. At the restaurant, the breakfast was super with home made bread from a great chef with a history.

The units are pleasantly decorated, top-class. The setting is incredible and amazing, right by the center of Windemere, many shops, restaurants and bars in village and Jerichos.

The venue is placed in a very central position in the area will definitely be back.

The location was superb, right in the center of Windermere on a quiet street. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the shops and pubs/restaurants nearby. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff ensuring our every need was met. The housekeeping was top-notch, with our room being impeccably clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, added to our enhanced comfort. The hotel also had a leisure/tv room, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi and free parking were convenient features. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Super, wonderful breakfast with home made bread, had good food. High quality building, perfect and magnificent location not far from So close to the centre of Windermere, and Windermere has to offer. Nearby The Crafty Baa - great place to chill out. Overall pleasant overnight stay on vacation.

Nice location as it was in a quiet street. Loved the area, it was really beautiful and just next door to the waters edge of Windermere where there is even more choice of places to eat and drink as well as the centre of town.
